MUSCULOSKELETAL RESEARCH IN PROGRESS

A DISTINGUISHED FACULTY AND GRADUATE STUDENT SEMINAR AS RECOGNIZED BY UM OFFICE OF RESEARCH AND RACKHAM GRADUATE SCHOOL

The primary mission of the monthly Musculoskeletal Research in Progress (MSK RiP) seminar series is community building, and is sponsored by the Michigan Integrative Musculoskeletal Health Core Center, MiMHC. The seminars are structured differently than a traditional seminar as faculty and senior trainees are usually paired to present an overview of their work, to generate provocative discussions and to foster new interactions/collaborations among investigators and trainees. The presentations are multidisciplinary, ranging from metabolomics to tissue-engineered ACL constructs to super-high resolution (molecular) imaging to the use of nano-particles in treating osteosarcomas to all other musculoskeletal research topics.

This seminar is held the 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of each month (Sept – June), in rooms ABC of the BSRB (4-5:30pm, unless noted otherwise). The list of upcoming presentations can be found on the MSK RiP webpage.

If interested in presenting, please contact one of the organizers of the meeting.
